Good afternoon. PCS is excited to see everybody on Wednesday night (8/20/25) from 6-7 pm at our annual K-12 Open House. IMPORTANT: there has been a lot of media attention surrounding funding for schools, please be aware that PCS is committed to providing universal free breakfast and lunch to our students this school year regardless whether or not funding is cut for the program. It will be very important for all families (K-12) to fill out and return the Education Benefit Form (yellow) that will be distributed at the open house. Thank you for your assistance and support. The Varsity Football team would like to invite you to meet the team night. Friday August 15th at 7pm at the football stadium! Come out and meet the team and wish the Pirates luck in their up coming season!!
Girls Junior High Volleyball - Any girls in grades 6-8 interested in playing junior high volleyball will require a physical to participate. The girls are also required to have knee pads, appropriate shoes, athletic clothing, and a water bottle. They are not allowed to wear jewelry. Practice will begin every day after school from 3:15 to 4:30 pm, commencing Monday, August 25. The first scheduled game is in Memphis on Wednesday, September 3. Practice will likely be in the cafeteria. Attending all practices is mandatory to participate in games unless prior approval is given by the coaches.

Thanks to the Firebird Theater in Sandusky for giving us the royal treatment today! They have matinee hours all summer long and a free kids movie coming up on 7/12! We appreciate them for helping us treat our summer school kiddos!

Pee Wee Cheer Camp starts tomorrow at 9:00 am for those who signed up. Parents make sure you sign your child in and make sure you have the payment and forms completed before you leave.
Please meet on the football field and wear tennis shoes (NO SANDALS). Grades Kindergarten through 2nd will be from 9:00 am to 12:00. Grades 3rd through 5th will be 1:00 to 3:00. Please make sure your child has a ride at the end of their session. The coaches and staff will NOT be staying after so please have your child picked up on time. I hope you all enjoy them very much for I have enjoyed teaching them even more!!
